Focus Mitts and Thai Pads
We partner up to practice combinations and learn proper technique. Partners will alternate between holding pads and exercises for 2 or 3 minutes. When both sides finish their rounds, we work on different combinations. This class is very good for people who are just getting to know the sport and to get familiar with proper technique. As for intemediate/advance fighters, we will put on some hard work and build up their cardiovascular level.
