Bag and Conditioning

Circuit training includes alternating rounds on the bags and strength training/agility exercises. The purpose of this class is to focus on the fitness core value. If you are interested in getting in great shape but not sure about jumping in the deep end with martial arts, this course will be a perfect toe-dipping introduction. It is heavily focused on cardio and building strength using a combination of punching, kicking and kneeing bags in a fun environment. If you're interested in competing, it's a phenominal way to push yourself and prepare for competition.
